Label Governance

Inputs here feed the §609 label-control SOP (standard operating procedure) and allergen disclosure planning.

Consumer contact line

Match the exact text printed on packaging so generated SOPs align with what customers see.

E.g. "Lydra AI, Inc., Austin TX 78701, +1-800-555-0123, support@lydra.ai". This must match the packaging to comply with MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act).

Which intake channels are on your product labels?

Select every channel you publish so SOP outputs mirror the consumer instructions on packaging. Labels must list a domestic address, phone, or electronic contact for reporting adverse events.

Add intake channels under Adverse Event Ops to make them available here.

Artwork control

Explain where masters live and who has the authority to approve changes before print or publication.

Mention systems like Esko, Filestage, Figma, or shared drives, plus any permissions safeguards.

Name the role (e.g., Regulatory lead, VP Marketing) so we can reference the approval authority in the SOP.

Allergen management

Show how you keep fragrance allergens and restricted ingredients in check for every SKU.

Mention tools or spreadsheets, who maintains them, and how updates make their way onto artwork.

Label change workflow

Document the steps so auditors and partners see a controlled review process.

Outline stages (request, design, regulatory review, proofing, print release) and systems used. Helps demonstrate control during audits.
